Total Development Corporation was founded with the idea of bringing true customer service back to the Hospitality Industry. We bring knowledge, experience and fresh concepts to the marketplace through our close personal connection with our customers. Our philosophy is to build hotel projects with a low overhead but highly skilled development team in order to bring the market high quality and reasonable pricing.
In these uncertain times, it has become more important than ever for us to develop and maintain relationships with qualified and reasonably priced subcontractors to ensure the highest quality yet low cost product in the shortest possible construction period. During every project we continue to review personnel and methods to continue this process.

I have been personally involved as superintendent or project manager in over 30 hotel projects and contributed in development or construction on over 70 other hotel projects.
